Once used, items cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. We can only accept returns and issue refunds if the item is clearly faulty and stil in its sealed original packaging. We source our products only from UK Suppliers. This is to ensure high quality and ready availability.

   Data Security and Protection

We have no sight of any of your payment data supplied to the Payment Gateways and this information cannot be stored by us. We use the Paypal payment Gateway and the Stripe Payment Gateway which covers credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna. Although we do not store payment data ourselves, we check every 6 months that both Payment Gateways are PCI compliant.

We store the information you give us when placing an order, including your name, address and any other delivery details provided. This information will be stored to enable you to maintain an account with us, but will not be used for any other purpose, and we certainly do not sell your data in any shape or form. We may however use your email address for emails about our Best Sellers, New Products and Special Offers. Your data is stored on a single computer server located at our offices which server is protected by a Microsoft Firewall and has automated anti-virus checks run daily. We are satisfied that our data protection methods comply with GDPR regulations.
